While Belgrave is still in the early stages of construction, we are pleased to confirm everything is progressing as planned and remains on track for anticipated compeltion January 2026.
The initial phase involves the demolition of the existing building, which began from the seventh floor and has now reached the first floor. With only a small portion of demolition remaining, the site will soon be fully cleared, paving the way for vertical construction to commence. This marks the beginning of what will become a prestigious luxury development in the heart of Sheffield city centre.
