We’re pleased to share construction at Belgrave is progressing well and the developer has confirms anticipated completion remains on track for January 2026.
To enhance site safety and accessibility, all external scaffolding around the building’s perimeter is now fully installed and fitted with debris netting. In addition, the back-propping scaffold in the car park, designed to support the goods hoist for moving materials in and out of the building, is now in place and fully operational
Internally, the demolition and strip-out phases have been completed, with all initial snagging works successfully addressed. Work to remove the existing windows is almost complete, with 90% of the old frames now taken out. New windows have already been installed on the upper floors, and the remaining floors will follow shortly.
Looking ahead, the next phase of work will see the installation of a new roof, along with the replacement of all rainwater pipes across the building.
With clear progress both inside and out, Belgrave remains on schedule and continues to move forward with strong momentum.
