How do I reserve a property?
Once you have decided on the property you will be purchasing, your dedicated Property Consultant will take you through the reservation process. This will include advice on the documentation our Aftersales team will need to progress with the purchase of your property.
Our extremely high standard of customer service means that we will be with you every step of the way until completion.
-
Reserving your apartment
Once you have provided all the necessary documentation, our Aftersales team will review the documents, confirm your reservation and take the property off the market.
-
Exchanging on your apartment
Upon receiving your documents and reservation fee, solicitors will be instructed and our Aftersales team will begin the exchange process, starting the 30-day reservation period.
After reviewing the contact your solicitors will undertake due diligence and prepare a full legal report. Following this, contracts will be issued and your solicitor will request the funds required for exchange. Our Aftersales team will be on hand to assist throughout.
If you do not have a solicitor, we can refer you to one of our recommended service providers. Each firm is familiar with the documentation required and can ensure a swift exchange.
