We’re delighted to share the latest progress at Berkeley Square West, a development by The Heaton Group, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the North West. As outlined in our previous update, the development is still on track for anticipated completion in September this year, with strong momentum continuing on site.
Progress is visible both internally and externally. The brick slip façade system is now complete on several elevations, with final sections approaching full installation. Window finishing works, including cills, mastic, and Juliette balconies, are also progressing well. At the same time, balcony installations are underway and the roof terraces are beginning to take shape.
Inside the building, all internal partitions are now complete. Final mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works have reached levels five and six, while commissioning is actively underway from the ground floor through to level four.
Apartment fit-outs are progressing well throughout the development. On level six, kitchens, joinery, and tiling are currently being installed, while level five is undergoing final decoration. Snagging works are also underway on level two, and in total, 68 apartments have now been fully completed.
Elsewhere on site, all lifts have been installed, and plastering is underway in the common areas. Work on the roof terrace paving has also begun, alongside continued balcony installations.
With key elements of the development now taking shape, both inside and out, Berkeley Square West is firmly in its final stages — and we look forward to keeping you updated as we approach completion.
