It’s been another strong month on-site for The Heaton Group at Tranquillity, the East Wing of Berkeley Square, with the development continuing to progress ahead at pace, remaining firmly on track for anticipated completion in Q4 2026.
The reinforced concrete frame is progressing steadily, with floor slabs completed up to level four and structural work ongoing between levels five and seven. Precast stair installations in cores two and three have now provided full internal access across multiple levels of the building.
On the upper ground floor, the north terrace slab and columns have been completed, while insulation works continue at lower ground level. Around the terrace, roof felt has been installed to prepare for the next phase of window installation.
Work is also advancing well on the river-facing elevation, where curtain walling is underway and windows are currently being installed on the ground floor and level one. In parallel, steel framing system (SFS) installation continues between levels zero and two.
Internally, masonry works are ongoing at lower ground level, including construction of the LV room. On the ground floor, mechanical and electrical containment has now commenced, alongside installation of soil vent pipes (SVPs), rainwater pipes (RWPs), and the sprinkler system.
Looking ahead, all of these elements will continue to progress throughout June as Tranquillity maintains its momentum on all fronts. We look forward to sharing further updates as this landmark development continues to take shape.
